MATT MCGREGOR
Executive Vice President

Matt oversees and manages corporate accounts, customer relationship development and deal negotiations. He serves client portfolios throughout the United States and abroad, provides logistics and transportation consulting, aligns corporate branding with real estate, and offers expertise in site selection, transaction management and construction/development. Matt is instrumental in formulating and implementing real estate strategies across services including site selection, state and local incentives negotiation, development of best-in-class financial analyses, and Foreign Trade Zone initiative evaluation. He is certified in logistics and earned a SIOR designation. Matt serves on Colliers International’s Advisory Board of Directors and is a founding member and board member of the Logistics & Transportation team. He provides team training, coaching and mentoring as a staff member of Colliers University.

Matt was named a National Real Estate Forum Top Industrial Broker in 2017 and 2015 and SIOR’s Industrial Broker of the Year in 2013. He was also a 2012, 2011, and 2017 SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year finalist and a 2011 NAIOP Deal of the Year finalist. Matt was one of Colliers’ Top Regional Producer from 2008 through 2018 and has consistently been ranked as a Top 10 Industrial Broker by CoStar Group. He was named Humanitarian of the Year twice by Cushman & Wakefield. Matt serves on the Rainier Industries and ICVISTA Board of Directors, volunteers as a Board Member for Crista Ministries, and previously served as a Board Member for Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission.

 
BILL CONDON
Executive Vice President
& Managing Director

Bill Condon is an industrial specialist who represents tenants and landlords with real estate requirements in the United States and abroad. He is also Colliers International’s market leader for Seattle, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and brokerage professionals, and providing strategic direction for the area. Bill has completed over 60 million square feet of transactions over his 15-year real estate career. He has assisted clients in acquiring warehouses, corporate headquarters, manufacturing plants, and distribution and logistics facilities. Bill has garnered accolades from real estate industry organizations and the press, among others, including “40 Under 40” (Puget Sound Business Journal and Real Estate Forum). He was also named national Rookie of the Year at Colliers International and is consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top producers. Bill contributes to the community through leadership positions at his church, Our Lady of Fatima, the Whitworth School of Global Commerce and Magnolia Little League. Bill is a member of SIOR and NAIOP, past President/Board of Directors of the Washington Association of Realtors, and a participant in the Northwest Next Leaders Council. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Whitworth University. Bill and his wife Jenni have four children. He is an avid marathon runner and loves coaching his children’s sports teams.

 
BOB SANTUCCI
Vice President

Bob focuses on serving the real estate needs of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution and other industrial clients in the Puget Sound market. Over the course of his four-year brokerage career, he has help clients successfully realize real estate solutions by aligning their business with expectations of how real estate factors into achieving goals—prior to engaging the market on their behalf. His prior experience and education in accounting provides a strong understanding of business fundamentals, while his tenure in property management and development allows him to leverage that perspective to his current clients’ benefit. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, NAIOP and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Bob spends much of his free time coaching various sports teams or playing soccer, basketball and other sports. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Gonzaga University; naturally, March is his favorite time of year.

 

Fun Fact: Bob graduated as the all-time winningest intramural athlete in Gonzaga History (statistical source: Unknown).

 
JACK MURPHY
Associate

Jack Murphy is a newcomer to the commercial real estate business, having just graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. He works with the Condon-McGregor team to develop and maintain relationships with industrial tenants in the Puget Sound Region, acting as an advisor in acquisition and disposition activities. Jack interned with a Colliers multifamily brokerage team the summer prior to his senior year in college. This experience helped him gain understanding and appreciation for a wide variety of real estate processes across multiple markets and areas of focus, and allowed for rapid integration into his current position.

 
BETHANY HENDERSON
Senior Client Services Specialist

Bethany Henderson supports the marketing, financial, transaction management, reporting and administrative activities of Colliers International’s Seattle-based Condon-McGregor brokerage team. Among other responsibilities, she researches property and market information, develops financial modeling, creates and coordinates marketing materials, drafts and reviews lease and sale agreements, develops pitch materials for new business, creates and distributes team communications, and maintains databases and client dashboards. Bethany earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

 
SYDNEY HYLTON
Senior Client Services Specialist

Sydney Hylton supports the leasing side of Colliers International’s Seattle-based Condon-McGregor brokerage team. She develops marketing collateral, conducts research and manages the transaction process for clients. She is the point person in tour requests, signage and passing along lease comps. She also coordinates open houses, client events and Industrial Advisors podcast. She got her start in commercial real estate as a marketing manager and has supported both office and industrial brokers.  Sydney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). 

 
MORGAN CHESMORE
Administrative Assistant

Morgan Chesmore provides administrative support to the Seattle-based Condon-McGregor brokerage team. She maintains databases, creates and distributes digital and traditional property marketing materials, coordinates team activities, and updates reports. Morgan graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.

 
NICK BLACKBOURN
Research Associate

Nick Blackbourn is a research associate in Colliers International’s Seattle office. He supports the data and analytical needs of the Condon-McGregor team as well as other industrial, office, retail and multi-family professionals across the Puget Sound Region with information that enhances personal professional knowledge and offers clients the insight to establish a competitive advantage. Nick partners with local and national researchers and external public and private resources to collect and analyze market, macro and micro economic, demographic, labor, commutation and other data, and creates market reports and forecasts that help clients craft real estate strategies consistent with market conditions and the client's business plans. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Gonzaga University.
