We have also represented property owners in sales and leases, allowing for knowledge of what drives these organizations — and how to negotiate against those positions to achieve the most beneficial outcomes. From rental rates, terms and conditions to tenant improvements and tax incentives, every detail is considered, and every opportunity pursued to ensure our clients beat the market in every single way.
